What We Need From You

To maintain the quality and exclusivity of this event, we ask all participating vendors to commit to the following:

Requirements Checklist:

• Professional Booth Setup - Bring your own table covering, signage, and professional display materials
• Event Promotion - Share the event on your social media channels (minimum 3 posts) and with your email list
• Exclusive Offer - Provide an event-day special offer or discount for attendees
• Raffle Prize - Contribute a raffle prize valued at $25 or more
• Full Event Attendance - Arrive by 9:00am for setup, remain until 3:00pm
• Brand Alignment - Your business serves women and aligns with our values of empowerment and self-care
